What people are saying

Practical advice
I loved Gina’s easy going nature and how knowledgeable she was about the topics. I also love that she is a yogini and had practical advice about anatomy for yogis.

Beneficial
Thinking about agonist and antagonist muscles in the various poses not only helped me to visualize how a particular asana can be helpful to loosen a given muscle, but it is good practice in understanding the benefits of counter poses and when they might be beneficial in a sequence.

Not let down
I have a background in science but have never had an anatomy course. I was excited about the anatomy portion and was not let down. I thought your choices of what to cover with the vast amount of information were well thought out and appropriate for a yoga teacher training. The hands-on exercises and details you included were especially important for us, as potential future teachers, to know.
